Four times a year when a new KTQ fabric line is printed, Moda Fabrics cuts charm packs for us with one 5" square of each of the new prints. From these, we create a simple, scrappy project for our charmed club (available thru your local quilt shop). I love that the easy table runners and wall hangings go together so fast with the precut squares. Now you can have the same head start with an instant fabric collection using multiple charm packs from several different fabric lines - or all the same. The charm packs provide an instant scrappy collection that, with just a little cutting, are ready to stitch up into charmingly simple lap quilts. A bit of raw edge applique makes them even more fun. |
