It seems everyone I know has a loved one involved in the Armed Forces serving either stateside or in Iraq. - Deb's nephew, Jan's son-in-law, Shelda's step-son, Lois's son, a daughter-in-law's father and (just recently) my daughter-in-law. Here in Kansas, we honor our veterans all year long, but we really pull out the red, white, and blue from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These simple projects will add a patriotic spirit to your home and help remember those who have served their country with courage and dedication. |
